This case involves a claim to the delivery of one-half of the property held hy Herbert Melville Dowsett as trustee of a trust administered under the supervision of the Circuit Court of the First Circuit in an equity cause entitled “In the Matter of the Trust Estate of H. Renjes, Deceased,” being Equity No. 1953 of the records of the court.
