THE MATTERS under consideration are a Motion for Contempt against Park Bank Professional Condominium Association, Inc. (Association) filed by Paul David Maas (Debtor), the Debtor in the above-captioned case and a Motion to Allow Filing of Lien Nunc Pro Tunc filed by the Association.
