Judgment unanimously affirmed. Memorandum: County Court properly denied the motion to suppress an incriminating statement made by defendant to an FBI informant at the informant’s home. When he made the statement, defendant “was not in custody, had not been charged with the instant crime, and was not pressured by *868either threats or promises to make a statement to” the informant (People v Marano, 150 AD2d 611, 611-612, lv denied 74 NY2d 813).
