Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, entered July 14, 1971 in Saratoga County, which denied defendants’ motions to dismiss the action for failure to serve a complaint and directed plaintiff to serve a complaint within 20 days after service of a copy of the order. This is an action for damages for alleged medical malpractice of defendant Eiehard A.
