This is an appeal from a temporary injunction issued by the trial court enjoining the appellant from denying the appellee a license to sell alcoholic beverages until further proceedings in the trial court.

The record reveals the following facts:

The appellee held a license to retail beer, wine and liquor for a number of years prior to filing its application for renewal on or about April 15, 1971. Its license was due to expire May 11, 1971.
