Findings of Fact

1. This suit was brought by appellant, the state of Texas, against the appellees, the St. Louis Southwestern Railway Company of Texas, the Missouri, Kansas Texas Railway Company of Texas, and the Trinity Brazos Valley Railway Company, to recover of each of them penalties for the violation of the orders of the Railroad Commission of Texas, in reference to the construction of a union depot, as hereinafter fully set out, and for a writ of mandamus and mandatory injunction to require the erection and maintenance of a union depot at Hillsboro, Tex., by appellees.
