Cambiano v. Davis

BRECKENRIDGE, Judge.

Scott Anthony Cambiano appeals from the judgment of the trial court denying his petition in equity to set aside an order of paternity, child custody, support, and visitation. Mr. Cambiano raises one point on appeal, alleging that the trial court erred in denying his petition because the trial court’s finding that he had been properly served with process was “against the weight of the evidence and erroneously applied the law to the evidence.” The judgment of the trial court is affirmed.
