This is an appeal by the law firm of Carponelli, Krug and Adamski from a judgment denying its petition for attorney fees.

The firm of Carponelli, Krug and Adamski (law firm) represented Barbara N. Collins for a period of time in dissolution of marriage proceedings; however, during the course of the proceedings, it withdrew as her counsel, and she proceeded with new representation.
