Appellant Marvin W. Glasgow, Jr., was convicted by a jury of conspiracy to possess marijuana with intent to distribute it in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 846; possession of marijuana with intent to distribute it in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1); and possession of cocaine in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 844.
