OPINION
Before ASHLAND, JONES and MEYERS, Bankruptcy Judges. ASHLAND, Bankruptcy Judge:
Katherine Wood, as assignee of a judgment obtained in a divorce proceeding, appeals the bankruptcy court’s order awarding the debtor a $15,000 homestead exemption. We affirm.
FACTS
The facts in this case are not in dispute. The bankruptcy court’s decision was based on the parties’ cross motions for summary judgment and stipulated facts.
