Norman F. Hagan III, the plaintiff in an action pending in the Jefferson Circuit Court, petitions for a writ of mandamus directing the circuit court to set aside its order granting the defendants' motions to compel arbitration of Hagan's claims. The arbitration agreement on which the defendants rely appears in Hagan's application for registration as a securities industry agent or representative for MIMLIC Sales Corporation, which is not a defendant to this action.
