Affirming.

This is an action for divorce, alimony, and the custody and maintenance of an infant child who at the present time is five years of age.

The parties, who shall be referred to herein as plaintiff and defendant, were married in Rockhold, Kentucky, in 1932, and lived in Whitesburg until 1937, when they moved to Barbourville where they lived until March 1941.
