TERRY JENNINGS, Justice.

In this interlocutory appeal, 1 appellant, Harris County Hospital District (“HCHD”), challenges the trial court’s order denying its motion to dismiss the health care liability claim 2 of appellees, Autrey Garrett, individually and as next of Mend of J.G., D.G., and S.G., her minor children.

We affirm the trial court’s order.
