FISHER, Chief Justice.

This is an action brought by the appellant against appellees on a contract for the sale of certain fences by appellant to appellees and to recover the contract price therefor. The court sustained a special exception to the petition on the ground that the plaintiff’s cause of action accrued more than two years before the institution of the suit. The appellant declining to amend, judgment was rendered dismissing the case, from which judgment the appellant appealed.
