OPINION

FROST, Justice.

This case presents an issue concerning liability of copartners for damages awarded for fraud and breach of contract committed by one partner in the scope and course of partnership business. Plaintiff, Jo Ann Duncan, appeals the judgment entered in her favor. She filed suit against several defendants for fraud, unfair trade practice, and breach of contract in conjunction with her purchase of real estate in Lincoln County, New Mexico.
