GRAVES, Presiding Judge.

Appellant was convicted in the county court at law of Lubbock County of the offense of unlawfully operating a motor vehicle upon a public highway while under the influence of intoxicating liquor and her punishment was assessed at a fine of $400.

It is shown by the facts that on the day in question a policeman of the city of Lubbock observed a car being driven by the appellant in an erratic manner, moving from side to side, into a bar ditch, then back on the highway and crossing from one lane to another.
