Wines, D. J.:

Charles L. Kellar has shown the court 39 years of irreproachable conduct while living in Brooklyn, New York. For some 20 of these years he was engaged in the practice of the law and had an established practice when *242he left New York to make his home in Las Vegas, Nevada, in the spring of 1960. Lawyers and judges with whom he dealt in his practice, have written letters commending his professional competence, sense of ethics and civility.
