STROUD, Judge.
Defendant appeals order requiring him to enroll in satellite-based monitoring (“SBM”) for 10 years. As defendant has brought forth no new evidence regarding SBM, we are controlled by precedential case law and affirm.
I. Background
On or about 25 August 2008, defendant was indicted for third degree sexual exploitation of a minor. Defendant was determined to have a prior record level of III. On or about 24 September 2008, defendant pled guilty and was sentenced to 6 to 8 months imprisonment. Defendant’s sentence was suspended, and he received 36 months of supervised probation.…
