Appeal from an order denying defendant’s motion for judgment notwithstanding the verdict or for a new trial.
The action was commenced by Vern Boerger against the American General Insurance Company of Minnesota, hereafter referred to as the insurance company, and arose out of the following circumstances. Boerger operates a taxicab service in St. Cloud and is insured by the insurance company.
