This is an interpleader suit, occasioned by the failure of a building contractor to fully perform his contract filed under the Mechanics5 Lien act, and contesting claims of the defendants upon the contract filed. The complainant has obtained a decree of interpleader, and the present phase of the cause is an inter-pleading between the respective defendants, who say that the fund is a deposit of the contract price paid in by the owner, who had duly filed his building contract, and the defendants each claim payment out of the fund, in priority to the others.
