Gregory Húsar was convicted of possession of marijuana, an offense defined and punished by the Cannabis Control Act (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1971, ch. 56%, pars. 701 et seq.). 1 He was sentenced to two years probation with the requirement that he serve the first ten days in the Chicago House of Correction.
