Plaintiff Carlos Abreu ("Plaintiff"), pro se and currently incarcerated at Marcy *704Correctional Facility, filed this action pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983, alleging constitutional violations arising out of his incarceration at Wende Correctional Facility, Sullivan Correctional Facility, and Great Meadow Correctional Facility.
