At the trial the plaintiff recovered a verdict for commissions earned as a broker for securing purchasers of real property owned by the defendant. Under the charge of the learned trial court the jury has found that the plaintiff was employed by the defendant to secure a purchaser for the real property in question for the sum of $66,000; that he produced purchasers who were ready, willing and able to purchase the property at that price on the terms specified.
