OPINION
{¶ 1} Appellants, Omnitronics, LLC ("Omnitronics") and Broad Jackson, Ltd. ("Broad Jackson"), appeal from a judgment of the Ashtabula County Court of Common Pleas awarding the City of Conneaut $283,517.98 for the costs of demolishing a building located on a property owned by Broad Jackson. For the following reasons, we affirm.
