1Per curiam

Appellant Canet was convicted in Florida-state court of armed robbery, armed burglary, display of a firearm during commission of a felony, and conspiracy to commit felonies. His conviction was affirmed on direct appeal. Canet v. State, 356 So.2d 63 (Fla.Dist.Ct.App.), cert. denied, 361 So.2d 830 (Fla.), cert. denied, 439 U.S. 956, 99 S.Ct. 357, 58 L.Ed.2d 348 (1978). Canet then filed this petition for writ of habeas corpus in federal district court. Each issue raised there had also been presented on direct appeal. The petition was denied without evidentiary hearing.
