1. “It is well settled that a judgment will not be reversed for harmless error. Holcombe v. Jones, 197 Ga. 825 (30 S. E. 2d 903). ‘Legal error is a compound of both error and injury.’ Harrison v. Hester, 160 Ga. 865 (129 S. E. 528). To obtain a reversal of the. judgment of which complaint is made, the burden is upon the plaintiff in error to show not only error but injury.
