¶1 Rashid Ali Hassan appeals his conviction of possession of marijuana with intent to deliver. Relying on our decision in State v. Ward, 125 Wn. App. 243, 104 P.3d 670 (2004), Hassan asserts that his attorney provided ineffective assistance of counsel by pursuing an all- or-nothing strategy and failing to request a lesser included instruction. There is a strong presumption that counsel provided competent representation.
