— Reversing.

William J. Moore departed this life on October 13, 1936, a resident of Knox county, Kentucky. Shortly thereafter his sister, Ethel Rose, appellant herein, was appointed administratrix of his estate. At the time of his decease Mr. Moore had approximately $1,000 cash and owned a small boundary of land situate in Knox county. He had no other property or money. On January 21, 1938, appellant, in her representative capacity, instituted this action °against appellees, next of kin to deceased, seeking a settlement of the estate and praying…
