McWhoRtee, Judge:

Belle J. Devine filed lier bill in the circuit court of Marshall county against Isaac B. Wilson praying that a deed made by Edgar M. Lewis, clerk of the county court of said county, bearing date June 26, 1901, and recorded in the clerk’s office of the county court of said county, conveying lot No. 65 in Division 2 of the village of Glendale in said county to said Wilson, be set aside and annulled and declared a cloud upon the title of the plaintiff, and for general relief.

By deed dated November 12, 1896 Herman F. Steinman in consideration of $460 paid, conveyed said lot with…
