The questions necessary to he determined on this appeal and croás-appeal, arising out of the pleadings filed and testimony adduced, are, whether appellants had a right to bring the suit, and, if so, whether Lidmilla Miller’s purchase of the lands involved in the action at tax sale, and from a purchaser at tax sale, amounted to a redemption of said lands from-tax sale.
