SARTAIN, Judge.

Albert Marcotte, (appellant) appeals from a judgment of the district court denying his *342claim for workmen’s compensation benefits based on total and permanent disability. We are not favored with oral or written reasons from the trial judge. Appellee contends that the judgment appealed should be affirmed on the basis of two reasons, that appellant failed to prove an accident and that he was totally and permanently disabled in the event he proved the accident.
