In this action under the Freedom of Information Act (“FOIA”), 5 U.S.C. § 552, Judicial Watch seeks disclosure by the Department of Justice (“Department”) of records pertaining to settlement discussions between the Department and the House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform (“Committee”) in separate litigation between those entities.
