Plaintiff’s attorneys have filed a petition for rebearing, and in support thereof have filed a brief in which the propositions originally presented and decided are re-argued. We shall not, and in the nature of things cannot, go over the whole ease again.
Counsel have, however, in their brief pointed out that the decision in the case of Winters v. B. & O. R. R. Co. (C.
