Before the Court is Plaintiffs Motion for Default Judgment [Docket # 18 ]. Plaintiff brings three claims in this case: (1) violation of 47 U.S.C. § 605 (unauthorized use of radio/satellite communications); (2) violation of 47 U.S.C. § 553 (unauthorized use of cable communications); and (3) conversion.
