This court has before it objections to the order of Hearing Examiner Miklitsch dated April 8, 1991 filed by counsel for the petitioner. The respondent has not interposed a rebuttal.

The facts of this case are not in dispute. Petitioner was married to the respondent on March 17, 1988 and they separated in October or November of 1989. She has a child but not from her marriage to this respondent.
