1, 2. The first and second headnotes, relating to the fourth, seventh, and tenth grounds of the amended motion for a new trial, may appropriately be discussed together. In these grounds complaint is made of the conduct of the jury, after the case had -been submitted to them for consideration, in visiting the grave of the deceased sheriff, for whose homicide the accused was on trial, and also the grave of a former attorney of that county, Vho had volunteered to assist in the prosecution of the case.
