THIS IS a Chapter 11 reorganization case and the matter under consideration is the validity, vel non, of a mortgage held by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corp. (FDIC) encumbering a property owned by Charter Executive Center Ltd. (Charter), the Debtor involved in this reorganization case.
