This appeal is from a final decree of divorce rendered by the Circuit Court of Talladega County. A complaint was filed by the appellant-wife seeking a divorce from appellee-husband, custody of the parties' three minor children, and child support in the amount of $50.00 per week. A decree pro confesso was entered granting appellant the relief sought. Thereafter, appellee moved to have the decree set aside and filed his answer and counterclaim.
