Appellants, Benito and Daisy San Pedro, appeal an order imposing an attorney’s charging lien in favor of the Law Offices of Paul Burkhart, P.L. (“Burkhart”), for work it performed while representing Appellants in a civil matter. Appellants argue that the lien should be dissolved because the trial court failed to conduct a sufficient evidentiary hearing, and further failed to make the necessary findings in support of imposing the lien.
