This case is before us on a Verified Complaint for Disciplinary Action filed by the Indiana Supreme Court Disciplinary Commission. It is a companion case to In re William Briggs [502 N.E.2d 879] which involves Respondent’s law associate and spouse. After a lengthy joint hearing, the Hearing Officer, the Honorable Douglas B. Morton, has submitted his excellent findings, conclusions of law and recommendation in this case.
