This is an action in tort to recover damages for injuries suffered by the plaintiff when she slipped and fell while leaving the defendant’s store. Trial was by jury with a verdict and judgment for the plaintiff. The case is here on the defendant’s exceptions to the admission of evidence and to the denial of the defendant’s motions for a directed verdict and to set aside the verdict.
