Plaintiff, Chong Suk Cha Jenkins (Wife) and defendant, Allan Paul Jenkins (Husband) were married on May 27, 1981. On November 28, 1994, the parties entered into a “post-nuptial agreement.” They did not physically separate until August of2000.
