¶ 1 These four consolidated cases present the same question: May Central Puget Sound Regional Transit Authority (Sound Transit) condemn the city of Seattle's electrical transmission line easements located in the city of Bellevue to extend Sound Transit's regional light rail system? For the following reasons, we affirm the trial courts in part and remand for further proceedings consistent with this opinion.
