This action was 'begun in the Sebastian, Chancery Court by appellees to recover from the Arkansas Valley Bank and others, alleging misappropriation of moneys and securities and cashing checks without authority. On October 23, 1927, the court, on application of the appellees, appointed a master to hear and take testimony, and make his report to the court, and to do and perform all things, and to possess and have all powers usually possessed by masters in chancery.
