This matter is before the court on a Motion for Determination of Dischargeable Debt and Relief from the Automatic Stay (Motion) filed by Manuel Canari, Betsy Canari, William W. Owens, Douglas W. Owens, Marlene J. Owens, and John T. Owens (collectively, the Movants) on November 12, 2002.
