P.M., a juvenile, appeals the judgment of the juvenile court which adjudicated him delinquent of the offense of burglary. For the following reasons, we reverse.
FACTUAL AND PROCEDURAL BACKGROUND
Chi Nguyen and Minh Nguyen, husband and wife, are the owners of 'a food truck which they operate only on Saturdays, generally selling candy and po-boys to students from a nearby school.
