Uvalde Rock Asphalt Company, a Texas corporation, sued Consolidated Carpet Corporation, an Arizona corporation, upon a sworn account for $6,488.50, together with interest and attorney’s. fees. Consolidated Carpet Corporation made its special appearance pursuant to Rule 120a of the Texas Rules of Civil Procedure for the sole purpose of presenting its objection to the jurisdiction of the District Court of Bexar County, Texas, over the person of defendant.
