OPINION

{¶ 1} Defendant-appellant, Joseph Pesec ("Pesec"), appeals the judgment of the Portage County Court of Common Pleas finding him guilty of two counts of complicity to grand theft, felonies of the fourth degree in violation of R.C. 2923.03 and 2913.02(A)(3)(B), and one count of receiving stolen property, a felony of the fifth degree, in violation of R.C. 2913.51. For the reasons that follow, we affirm.
