Action by appellee against appellant to recover damages for loss sustained by her and her minor children by the wrongful death of her husband and father of her children.
To the complaint there was an answer in general denial. The cause was submitted to the jury for trial which returned a general verdict in favor of appellee for $6,000, upon which, after appellant’s motion for a new trial was overruled, judgment was rendered.
