for the Court.

¶ 1. This appeal arises from upon an order granting partial dismissal of a complaint filed by Billy Butler, Yzette Bridget Butler, Justin Price Butler, Roshanda Ta-tyona Nesha Butler and Antrisa Fontae’ Butler (collectively the “Butlers”) and the subsequent entry of final judgment by the Scott County Chancery Court. This order and final judgment provided, inter alia, that the final judgment was entered pursuant to Miss. R. Civ. P. 54(b).
